Overview
Experian Marketing Services (EMS) was my first company that I joined as a creative designer. As part of the creative team, I worked with internal and external communications to evangelize EMS branding. From collateral documents to email templates, having a strong brand was the key to recognition and trust. During my stay at EMS, I have completed many projects that were published daily to marketers, clients, and internal communications.
Branded Items
EMS used many email templates for different purposes. Each email template was designed in Photoshop and coded by the email development team. Then, I conducted QA tests with the development team to make sure they functioned correctly.
Iconography
In 2016, Experian changed its branding. A new logo, color palette, and iconography were designed by an external agency. However, there was a need for additional iconography. On my own, I created a library of icons for my marketing team. Following the strict branding guidelines, each icon was crafted in Illustrator with accurate measurements and colors. Here's a small taste of what they are.

Web Application
The EMS website needed a refresh in order to comply with the new branding guidelines. I was responsible for the website's design and collaborated with the marketing team's web developer to put together the homepage. The initial wireframe was roughly done in Illustrator and rendered in Adobe Experience Design.
